Representation
North Carolina Central University has an alumni base of more than 25,000 alumni. Alumni Association leaders serve as the voice of the alumni and represent alumni concerns and priorities to the University administration.

Competitive faculty salaries and state-of-the-art facilities are critical for the University to increase its ranking and to preserve the value of a North Carolina Central University diploma. The Durham Chapter supports the University's goals and priorities through advocacy with legislators.

Events and programs are developed and offered each year for alumni to come home to North Carolina Central University, either on campus or with alumni and friends across the Eagle Nation. Examples of these events include Homecoming, reunions, pregame functions and NCCU Alumni & Friends networking events. Career Services For Alumni
NCCU Career Services is focused on building career successes in our students and alumni, making them marketable and skilled with computer-assisted opportunities, while expanding and promoting their abilities and understanding of how to be successful in college and in life.  NCCU Career Services offer career exploration, self-assessment, experiential learning opportunities, job hunting strategies, networking, and job placements.
